This page provides an external way to request deletion of a Nijii TV account and associated account data.

Email us from the email address associated with your Nijii TV account, if possible, and use the subject “Nijii TV Account Deletion Request.”

What happens next

  1. We may ask you to verify that you control the account.
  2. After verification, we will process deletion of the account and associated user data that we are required to delete.
  3. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Nijii TV account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play. If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it separately in your Google Play subscription settings.
