1. Who we are
This policy applies to Nijii TV, including the Nijii TV Android application and the website at https://nijii.tv. Privacy and support contact: nijii.tv1@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
- Email address, display name, user/account identifiers, and authentication-related information.
- Profile photo, biography, preferences, and public-profile information you choose to provide.
- Creator/director profile information such as legal name, channel name, contact email, rights/submission details, and country information used for creator services.
Messages and user-generated content
- Community and private in-app messages you choose to send.
- Profile comments and other user-generated content you submit.
- Reports, blocks, moderation information, and Trust & Safety records.
Purchase and financial-related information
- Membership and purchase history, product/subscription identifiers, transaction status, purchase tokens, receipts, or similar records supplied by Google Play or another approved payment provider.
- For creator services, revenue allocation, payout status, reconciliation, transaction, and accounting information after the applicable creator verification and agreement gates are satisfied.
App activity and technical information
- Playback activity, progress, saved items, selected audio options, settings, searches or discovery queries, and interactions with Nijii TV features.
- App version, device/browser type, operating system, language, IP address, timestamps, network/request information, authentication events, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers.
- Approximate region may be inferred from network information such as IP address. Nijii TV does not require precise GPS location for ordinary streaming.
3. Creator identity verification
Nijii TV V228 requires an individual creator to complete government-photo-ID verification before creator financial percentages or the Creator Financial Agreement are shown.
The creator selects the country of ID issuance and is sent to a secure Stripe-hosted identity-verification page. The supported document categories for this flow are a government/state ID card or driver’s license, subject to Stripe availability for the issuing country.
The raw government-ID image is submitted directly to Stripe Identity, not uploaded into Nijii TV or Supabase. Under this V228 flow, Nijii TV does not copy or store the raw ID image, the government document number, or the street address printed on the document. Nijii TV also does not retrieve Stripe's detailed Verification Report for this flow.
Nijii TV stores a limited verification record needed to operate the gate: the signed-in Nijii TV account identifier, a Stripe verification-session reference, the creator-selected ID issuing-country code, verification status, verification timestamp when successful, and limited failure/retry information when applicable.
Stripe processes the identity document on its hosted service under Stripe's own privacy and identity-verification practices. Do not submit another person's identification document.
4. Creator Financial Agreement
Creator financial percentages and related revenue-allocation rules are intentionally withheld until the creator's V228 government-photo-ID verification is successful.
After verification, Nijii TV may present the current Creator Financial Agreement. If the creator accepts it, Nijii TV stores the agreement version and acceptance time. Only then does Nijii TV enable access to creator revenue/accounting information and allow the creator to continue into payout setup, subject to remaining payment-provider, tax, sanctions, account, and policy requirements.
This sequencing is a privacy and account-control measure. It does not mean that identity verification guarantees earnings, payouts, or program approval.
5. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Nijii TV.
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, authentication, and creator eligibility.
- Stream content, remember playback progress, and provide search/discovery results.
- Provide Community, private messaging, comments, reporting, blocking, and public profiles.
- Recognize memberships, subscriptions, and purchases.
- Review creator submissions, rights information, and programming eligibility.
- Operate the V228 creator identity-verification and financial-agreement gates.
- Operate creator accounting and payout-related services after required gates are complete.
- Deliver and measure advertising where advertising is enabled.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, technical problems, and policy violations.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms and rights.
7. Community, messaging, comments, reports, and blocks
Nijii TV processes content you voluntarily submit to provide the requested communication or user-generated-content feature. Public-profile comments may be visible publicly. Private messages are intended for their participants and are not presented as public content.
Reported or automatically flagged content and related account information may be processed for moderation, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and dispute handling under Nijii TV's Trust & Safety controls.
8. Advertising
Some Nijii TV plans include advertisements. When ads are enabled, advertising or measurement providers may process information such as IP address, approximate region, app/device identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent/privacy choices to deliver, measure, limit, or secure advertising.
9. Payments, subscriptions, and creator payouts
If you purchase an eligible digital product or subscription through Google Play, Google processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. Nijii TV may receive transaction status, product/subscription identifiers, purchase tokens, receipts, or similar information needed to recognize access.
Creator payout services may use Stripe or another approved payment provider. The provider may collect identity, tax, banking, or payment information directly under its own terms. Nijii TV may receive limited verification, connected-account, payout-status, transaction, or reconciliation information needed to operate creator services.
10. Security
Nijii TV uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted network connections, authentication/access controls, restricted administrative access, integrity checks, and monitoring. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, security, account management, transaction/accounting records, support, disputes, rights records, and legal obligations.
V228 verification-session status, issuing-country, financial-agreement acceptance, accounting, payout, fraud-prevention, and related records may be retained while reasonably necessary for those purposes. The raw identity document used in V228 is handled by Stripe rather than stored in Nijii TV/Supabase; Stripe's retention and deletion practices are governed by Stripe's applicable policies and legal obligations.
When Nijii TV-held information is no longer reasonably needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of as appropriate.
12. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your Nijii TV account and associated account data.
Signed-in members can use Trust & Safety → Account Controls → Request account deletion.

We may verify account ownership before completing a deletion request. Limited transaction, security, moderation, dispute, creator-rights, identity-verification status, financial-agreement, tax/payout, contractual, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Deleting a Nijii TV account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately through Google Play.
You may also request correction or deletion of certain personal information without deleting the entire account.
13. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or obtain information about certain processing of personal information. Contact nijii.tv1@gmail.com. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
14. Children and families
Nijii TV may provide entertainment suitable for different audiences, including family programming. We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. Creator identity and creator financial features are not intended to be used to bypass applicable age or legal-capacity requirements.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Nijii TV, its service providers, data practices, law, or platform requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date or update notice.
