Community Safety Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026
This policy applies to Community messages, private messages, profile comments, public profiles, creator interactions and other member-submitted material on Nijii TV. It works together with the Terms of Use.
Respect people
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, humiliate, exploit or encourage harm against another person. Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation or another protected characteristic. Disagreement is allowed; targeted abuse and dehumanization are not.
Protect children and vulnerable people
Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, predatory contact and sexual content involving minors are prohibited. Do not solicit intimate material from a minor or use Nijii TV to endanger a child or vulnerable person. Credible emergencies or apparent child exploitation may be escalated to appropriate authorities or specialist services.
No violence or dangerous activity
Do not make credible threats, celebrate real-world injury, coordinate violence, provide instructions intended to cause harm or promote dangerous criminal activity. Documentary, historical or fictional discussion may be permitted when it does not encourage real-world harm.
Privacy and personal information
Do not publish another person’s address, phone number, financial information, government identification, private images, authentication information or other sensitive data without authorization. Email addresses are prohibited in public Community messages. Private chat allows ordinary communication, but members should never share passwords, payment details, government IDs or authentication codes.
No fraud, impersonation or spam
Do not impersonate another person or organization, run scams, solicit fraudulent payments, distribute malicious links, repeatedly post unwanted promotions, manipulate engagement or evade a prior restriction. Public usernames must be unique and must not falsely claim an official Nijii TV role.
Sexual and exploitative content
Do not use member features for non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, coercive sexual conduct or unwanted sexual harassment. Content presented for legitimate artistic, educational, historical or documentary purposes remains subject to audience, platform and catalog rules.
Copyright and authorization
Submit only material you created, material in the public domain or material you are authorized to share. Creator submissions require truthful rights certification. A rights complaint may result in removal while ownership or authorization is reviewed.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report to send a specific message, comment, profile or interaction for review. Use Block to stop the blocked member’s ordinary interaction with you where supported. Blocking does not automatically create a policy report. Reporting and blocking remain available even if you have not acknowledged the latest policy version.
Private-message review limits
Moderators do not receive unrestricted access to private conversations. Exact private-message content becomes available for safety review only when a participant reports that content or the safety system specifically flags it. Access remains limited to authorized review and may be audited.
Retention
Private Viewer Chat messages expire after one year under the current retention rule. Reported evidence, enforcement records, blocks and necessary audit information may be retained longer when reasonably required for safety, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and history, Nijii TV may warn a member, remove content, restrict a feature, remove a membership, suspend or delete an account, or block new registration using recorded identifiers. Repeated policy violations may lead to stronger action. Members may contact nijii.tv1@gmail.com to request review, provide context or request removal of a registration block in writing.
Immediate danger
Nijii TV reporting is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
