Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Nijii TV’s website, applications, streaming catalog, accounts, memberships, Community features, private messaging, public profiles and creator services. By creating an account, using Nijii TV or acknowledging these Terms in the app, you agree to follow them and the Community Safety Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You may not impersonate another person, evade an account restriction, automate abusive access or interfere with Nijii TV’s operation or security. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
2. Streaming service and programming
Nijii TV provides access to public-domain, rights-reviewed and creator-authorized programming. Availability may change because of rights review, technical requirements, territory, platform rules, catalog updates or safety concerns. Nijii TV does not promise that a particular title or feature will always remain available.
3. Memberships and advertising
Nijii TV may offer Free Basic and paid membership options with different commercial frequency. Prices, features, billing periods and availability are displayed before purchase and may vary by platform. Purchases made through Google Play, Amazon or another marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s terms. Deleting a Nijii TV account does not automatically cancel an external marketplace subscription; cancel it with the billing provider as well.
4. Community participation and messages
Community messages, private messages, profile comments and other member submissions must follow the Community Safety Policy. Public Community messages may not contain email addresses. Do not share passwords, payment-card information, government identification, authentication codes or other highly sensitive information in any message. You remain responsible for what you submit.
5. Rights in member content
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Nijii TV the limited permission reasonably necessary to store, transmit, display, moderate and operate that content within the feature you selected. You represent that you have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.
6. Creator submissions
Creators must truthfully identify their authority and distribution rights. A submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, promotion, revenue or continued availability. Creator-specific certifications, identity verification, financial agreements and marketplace requirements apply where presented.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Nijii TV for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, threats, exploitation, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, malicious software, unauthorized scraping, security circumvention, account evasion or infringement of another person’s rights. You may not manipulate advertising, billing, engagement, reviews or platform measurements.
8. Moderation and enforcement
Nijii TV may review reported or specifically safety-flagged material, remove content, limit features, remove a membership, suspend or delete an account, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or systems, investigate abuse or comply with law. Administrative actions are restricted to authorized roles and may be recorded for accountability. Blocking and reporting remain available even when a member has not acknowledged the latest policy version.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Nijii TV handles account, device, playback, messaging, advertising, purchase, creator and safety information. Private-message content is not open for unrestricted moderator browsing. Exact private-message evidence is exposed for review only when a participant reports it or the safety system specifically flags that content.
10. Service changes and availability
Nijii TV may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, address rights concerns or improve the service. Internet access and compatible hardware are required. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
11. Account deletion and support
You may request account deletion through Trust & Safety account controls, the public account-deletion page, or by contacting nijii.tv1@gmail.com. Limited legal, transaction, rights, security, moderation and audit records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required.
12. Changes to these Terms
Nijii TV may revise these Terms as the service, law or platform requirements change. When a revision requires renewed acknowledgement, posting features remain unavailable until the signed-in member reviews and acknowledges the current version. Reporting and blocking remain available.
